COINGA S. Coop. is a company with registered offices at Ctra. Nova, parc. 78-79, Apartado 41 de Alaior (Menorca) VAT number: F-07016728 and registered at the Cooperativas de Baleares.

Our main purpose is to sell traditional products of Menorca on-line. All products sold in www.coinga.cm have been produced following strict quality controls and complying with all sanitary and food related regulations of the European Union.

The present document contains the general contract terms and service of orders through the www.coinga.com system. The "General Conditions" define the clients rights and obligations.

Contracting services and products at www.coinga.com, presuppose, in any case, the acceptance of the current General Conditions 

BUYING AND SELLING OF PRODUCTS

All products available at www.coinga.com  are shown on screen, a description of the product is shown as well as its characteristics, and the corresponding price, as well as other relevant information. In case one product is not available, it will be specified.

(i) Prices
The price of a product is the one listed in the order. Prices include taxes when viewed or listed. When a firm order is made, the system will automatically inform about a special specific tax as well as the detailed shipping costs. Taxes, fees and shipping costs vary depending on tax zone or physical area from where its done or where the product has to be delivered.

Special offers on products or articles will be shown on the offer section of www.coinga.com, or it will be indicated in the product or service data, and unless otherwise indicated, shall be valid while it appear on the screen.

(ii) Form of Payment
Purchases of goods and services at www.coigna.com may be paid by credit card or debit card, by bank transfer to the account indicated on the system or by cash on delivery.

If paying by credit card, the following information is requested, once you are inside the secure server's system of electronic payment, of the Banks Association CECA:

    • Card Number
    • Expiration date

As an electronic payment system,  www.coinga.com is ascribed to the "Sa Nostra" system of electronic commercial payment.

All data travels in an encrypted way on a secure server SSL ("Security Socket Layers") corresponding to the secure SA NOSTRA system, ensuring that neither the owners of this Virtual Trade nor third parties shall have access to your banking or credit card.

After entering the data, the bank will validate your credit card and shall then charge the agreed amount. At that time the order will be effective and order will be processed and shipped.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, in addition to the transfer, a fax certifying the transaction is requested. When transferring payments from a country other than Spain, the system will also provide the SWIFT code, which must be indicated when entering bank details and account number.  

Payments by cash on delivery, a 5% surcharge will be added to the total price for handling and other possible fees. Before accepting the order, customer will always be informed about extra fees or costs.
The cost of sending the order will be charged to the customer.


(iii) Order protocol
Once and order has been done through the system, you will receive and e-mail at the address you have provided, with complete order information, order number, payment method, products ordered, shipping method and complete price of products, as well as shipping and tax information. The electronic receipt will be useful for future shopping as well as the information of your current order.  


(iv) Returns
The return deadline is seven (7) days after receiving the order. COINGA S.Coop., will return the amount corresponding to the purchase or you can exchange it for another order of the same amount, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging and sealed properly.

We will no accept returns of perishable goods once its original packaging has been broken and part of the product has been consumed.

If the product arrives damaged, COINGA S.Coop will bear the expenses incurred for returning them, if products are in their original packaging and have not been consumed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF ORDERS

Shipping costs will be charged to the customer, the customer will always be informed of total charges, before accepting the order.

In case the customer is a preferential one, upon acceptance of conditions by COINGA S.Coop., he will have other delivery options.

Products purchased will be delivered to the person/company and at the address indicated, within the period specified for the type of shipment. In case of not having some of the products at the time of ordering, COINGA S.Coop. will pay the amount corresponding to the products not delivered as well as the share of the cost of shipping these products, in the event of having selected and executed an advance payment option. Products will be delivered in areas and countries where the system allows users to register. Anyway, inside the virtual store, you will find the complete list of countries where the products can be delivered using this system. If you want to purchase a product form a country not available, contact us at info@coinga.com and our coordination department will contact you to inform you about the procedures to follow.

Acceptance and payment of order, implies specifically the chosen shipping method and cost of these expenses.

For domestic shipments delivery time is set between 7 and 14 days from the date of the order processed by  COINGA S.Coop. For international shipments are set between 15 and 30 days. . You can at any time see the current status of your order in your personal file in the virtual store. Delivery time starts counting when passing the state of "paid" to "shipment". If for any reason, the delivery process time is longer than 3 working days, you will be informed through the data requested by you upon registration.

COINGA S.Coop., is not required to deliver outside the areas available in the virtual store.

Orders will not be delivered at PO boxes..

COINGA S.Coop., reserves the right to withhold delivery of orders with incorrect addresses. In any case, our customer service department will contact you using the information provided by you in case of incidents or concerns.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

www.coinga.com can receive links to pages and sites of other companies. However, COINGA  S.Coop. has no control over their content or external sources. Consequently,  COINGA declines any liability arising from the existence of the above, the contents, advertising, goods and services sold through them. Nor does COINGA assume any responsibility for damages caused by the use of or reliance on such contents, advertising, goos or services offered by them or acts or omissions of them.

COINGA S.Coop declines any liability for damages arising from the impossibility of providing the services offered on tis website due to fortuitous events, force majeure or other causes not attributable to COINGA. S.Coop. Nor does COINGA assume responsibility for the inadequate functioning of your webpage if it is due to maintenance work, incidents involving national or international operators, a faulty configuration of the COINGA's clients or users computers, or an insufficient capacity to maintain minimum required computer systems to be able to use www.coinga.com or incompatibilities with the software of users or customers.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

COINGA S. Coop. and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, shall be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of Menorca and their superiors for any controversy that might arise from the provision of services object of said General Conditions.

In the event that the user reside outside of Spain, COINGA S. Coop. and the User are subject, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts of Menorca (Spain) and their superiors.
