The ripening of our cured cheese takes longer than six months, as a result the cheese is very aromatic and strong taste, with more spicy nuances than the semi-cured cheese. The paste is firm and consistent. Texture and flavour are ideal for the cheese lovers. Excellent as an appetizer or dessert.
